Wow!!!! An amazingly kind and wonderful staff. They make the entire process easy!! The store is beautiful and you can eat outside in a screened area and watch your favorite Cowboys play! Can't say enough wonderful things about this dominos!!!! GM is fantastic and it has trickled down to the entire staff. I come from Argyle for this location , you just can't beat it!!!!
When I returned they were very apologetic and appreciative of my return. Needless to say, I left the store much happier than my original departure.
Ordered the cheese pizza at 7:34 pm and at 9:15 They were just now making the pizza!!
I understand completely that they get swamped, but to tell a customer 2 separate times that it will be another 30 min wait, and then after they had the order for 2 hours, they decide to make the pizzaand expect me to understand and be patient and actually pay full prize for the pizza and horrible customer service I received..... No Thank You!
They really took care of me. I unfortunately had received a wrong out of the three that I ordered(my fault for being in a hurry and not checking). But before I could get down the street, I received a call informing me of the mishap(stuff happens, we've all been there).

Placed an order at 7:34 pm. After being told twice that my cheese pizza would be ready in 30 mins (1 1/2 hours for a cheese pizza), I walk back in after waiting 40 mins and was told they were just niw making my pizza!
We decided to give them a chance with a coupon, since we usually order through Giovanni’s. They were 30 minutes late, no call to let us know, and their tracker was stating two different people left within 15 minute time frames. And of course no one answers their phones. They claimed they were “slammed” as an excuse. First-I ordered earlier in the day so they should have already had it planned and ready, and Second-if you’re a pizza place and know you’re busier on the weekends, it’s your responsibility to properly staff your place of business. To top it all off, the manager stated he would give us a free pizza on our account, which naturally isn’t there. No worries, I don’t plan on using them again anyway.
Hands down, the best customer service there. I very much appreciate them and will be recommending them every chance I get.
I was amazed how fast it got to our door after I ordered online! Great service and wonderful pizza for Monday Night Football!!
